The final meeting of the ShoePro project took place from 11 to 13 March 2026 in Croatia, bringing together partners from the Croatian Employers’ Association (HUP), the Faculty of Textile Technology of the University of Zagreb (TTF), and the Centro Tecnológico do Calçado de Portugal (CTCP).

The programme combined project discussions with company visits, offering partners valuable insights into industry practices and skills needs. Visits to Kostelar and Ivan?ica provided a practical perspective on manufacturing processes and workforce requirements, particularly within the footwear sector.

During the meeting at TTF, partners reviewed the project’s main results, including the industry survey, the development of the training curriculum and the Knowledge Hub platform. The discussion confirmed that the project was successfully implemented and aligned with sector needs.

The meeting also addressed final reporting tasks and explored opportunities for future cooperation, particularly in areas such as digitalisation, tailored training, and sustainability.

The project concludes with strengthened collaboration between partners and a solid basis for future initiatives in the footwear sector.
