As part of the Erasmus+ project SHOEPRO – Integrated Action for Building VET Curricula and Training Opportunities in Croatia & Portugal for Digital and Green Transformation in the Footwear Sector (Project code: 2024-1-HR01-KA210-VET-000251356), a survey is now open to footwear companies in Portugal and Croatia.

The main objective of SHOEPRO is to develop innovative, short-term, and ready-to-use training curricula, designed to be flexible and tailored to the needs of different target groups across all EQF levels within the footwear industry. These programs aim to support the upskilling and reskilling of workers and young people, while addressing the growing demand for digital and green skills in the sector.

To ensure the training offer is aligned with real industry needs, we are conducting a survey among footwear and leather goods companies in both countries. The insights gathered will support the development of training programmes that respond to both current and future qualification requirements and help unlock the full potential of the sector.
